How do I know what my regulatory compliance obligations are?
The regulatory obligations relating to installations and equipment are specified in the Monegasque Ministerial Order n°2018-1079 of November 21, 2018 relating to the general principles of safety against the risks of fire and panic in buildings.
In addition, it is important to carry out a rigorous regulatory watch in order to stay abreast of the slightest changes in legislation. -
